Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks from our Gatwick showroom. Full order tracking from placing the order to manufacturing stage and delivery, can be found on your CLR account.
- All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding UK holidays.
Returns
We offer a 60-day returns period from date of delivery. Custom or engraved jewellery is non-refundable.
- Returned items must be in original unworn condition with tag still on and untampered with.
- Returns are free of charge, a collection or QR code can be organised via our Royal Mail returns portal.
