All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks from our Gatwick showroom. Full order tracking from placing the order to manufacturing stage and delivery, can be found on your CLR account.

  • All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm. 
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding UK holidays.

We offer a 60-day returns period from date of delivery. Custom or engraved jewellery is non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be in original unworn condition with tag still on and untampered with.
